QUALIFICATION RULES OF 20TH ANNIVERSARY

In order to be able to maintain the very high standard of the FM WORLD Anniversaries, we have decided to organize two types of Anniversary trips once again:
CENTRAL - One training trip for the 20th Anniversary of FM World for Business Partners from the Golden Orchid and Diamond Orchid Effectiveness Levels and for the Business Partners from the Star Club.
REGIONAL - One training trip for the 20th Anniversary of FM World for Business Partners from the Pearl Orchid and Amaranth Orchid Effectiveness Levels organized by FM WORLD Branches on behalf of FM WORLD.

NO BASE MONTH - only levels earned during the qualification period count
HIGHER LEVEL QUALIFICATION - the number with a higher qualification will be taken into account, not the main one
LONG QUALIFICATION PERIOD - you have 10 months to meet the qualifications from January 2023 through October 2023
FM WORLD Central Event
Business Partners who meet the following qualification conditions will receive an invitation for two to participate in the anniversary training, along with all flight costs covered by FM WORLD. Invitations will be awarded to Leaders who, within a 10-month qualification period (January - October 2023), meet the following conditions for their level:
Golden Orchids
reach the Golden Orchid Effectiveness Level (or higher) at least 5 times in the period January 2023 - October 2023
after reaching the Golden Orchid Effectiveness Level for the first time, not falling by more than one level - meaning not lower than the Amaranth Orchid Effectiveness Level by departure
have an active agreement to participate in the Incentive Program "Road to Success. Luxury Car Program" or a loyalty agreement "20th Anniversary of FM WORLD"*
have an active Business Partner Card**
Diamond Orchids
reach the Diamond Orchid Effectiveness Level at least 4 times (or higher) in the period January 2023 - October 2023
after reaching the Diamond Orchid Effectiveness Level for the first time, not falling by more than one level, meaning not lower than the Golden Orchid Effectiveness Level by departure
have an active agreement to participate in the Incentive Program "Road to Success. Luxury Car Program" or a loyalty agreement "20th Anniversary of FM WORLD"*
have an active Business Partner Card**
III Marketing Plan Leaders
reach the level of any Star of Marketing Plan III at least once in the period January 2023- October 2023
after reaching the level for the first time, not dropping more than one level by departure
have an active agreement to participate in the Incentive Program "Road to Success. Luxury Car Program" or a loyalty agreement "20th Anniversary of FM WORLD"*
have an active Business Partner Card**
*Agreement for participation in the Incentive Program "Road to Success. Luxury Car Program" or contract - contract signed at the latest in the last month of qualification (October 2023), active at least until the month of departure
**Active Business Partner Business Card - purchased at the latest in April 1st, 2023, active for the entire period up to the month of departure.
FM WORLD Regional Event
Business Partners meeting the following qualification conditions will receive INVITATIONS for one or two people to participate in the FM WORLD anniversary training.
Invitations will be awarded to Leaders who, within the 10-month qualification period (January 2023 - October 2023), meet the following conditions for their level:
Single invitations will be awarded to Partners who meet the conditions:
Pearl Orchids
repeat the Pearl Orchid Effectiveness Level (or higher) at least 6 times in the period January 2023 - October 2023
after reaching the Pearl Orchid Effectiveness Level for the first time, not falling by more than one level, meaning not lower than the Golden Magnolia level (21%) by departure
have an active agreement to participate in the Incentive Program "Road to Success. Luxury Car Program" or a loyalty agreement "20th Anniversary of FM WORLD"*
have an active Business Partner Card**
Invitations for two will be awarded to Partners who meet the conditions:
Pearl Orchids
achieve the Pearl Orchid Effectiveness Level (or higher) at least 8 times in the period January 2023 - October 2023
after reaching the Pearl Orchid Effectiveness Level for the first time, not falling by more than one level, meaning not lower than the Golden Magnolia Effectiveness Level (21%) by departure
have an active agreement to participate in the Incentive Program "Road to Success. Luxury Car Program" or a loyalty agreement "20th Anniversary of FM WORLD"*
have an active Business Partner Card**
Amaranth Orchids
reach the Amaranth Orchid Effectiveness Level (or higher) at least 7 times in the period January 2023 - October 2023
after reaching the Amaranth Orchid Effectiveness Level for the first time, not falling by more than one level, meaning not lower than the Pearl Orchid l Effectiveness Level by departure
have an active agreement to participate in the Incentive Program "Road to Success. Luxury Car Program" or a loyalty agreement "20th Anniversary of FM WORLD"*
have an active Business Partner Card**
*Agreement for participation in the Incentive Program "Road to Success. Luxury Car Program" or contract - contract signed at the latest in the last month of qualification (October 2023), active at least until the month of departure
**Active Business Partner Business Card - purchased at the latest in April 1st, 2023, active for the entire period up to the month of departure.
ATTENTION! Only Business Partners who have obtained the right to participate in the event on the conditions set out above may participate in the anniversary. Eligibility cannot be transferred to another party.
FM WORLD may refuse to grant a Business Partner the right to participate in the 20th anniversary of the company events, if:
a) there are reasonable grounds to believe that the Business Partner will not achieve satisfactory results in the FM WORLD Network in the future; in particular in the event that the Business Partner's Point Turnover has decreased in relation to the Point Turnover in the months of obtaining and maintaining (repeating) the Target Level or if the Business Partner has ceased actual activities aimed at the development of the FM WORLD Network
b) the Business Partner has participated in a training session/meeting organized by FM WORLD and violated the rules of participation in these events or behaved inappropriately, in particular aggressive or vulgar behavior
c) the Business Partner does not provide the information or documents necessary to organize and participate in the anniversary, e.g. does not have a passport which expires no earlier than six months after the planned end of the anniversary date.
